Warranty Info
All of our products come with a lifetime structural warranty and a 30 year residential and 5 year light commercial finish warranty. Exclusions apply. See document for guidelines.
The Roots Collection is not warrantied over radiant heat. Solid wood often doesn't fare well with radiant heat. However, our Uptown Engineered Collection is warrantied over hydronic radiant heat as long as it's installed with FidBox monitor. We do not warranty our floors over electric radiant heat at this time.
Installation and Maintenance
The Roots Solid Collection is warrantied for nail/staple, glue assisted, or a full trowel glue installation types.
The Uptown Engineered Collection and Manor Collections are warrantied for a nail/staple, glue assisted, or full-trowel glue down installation types.
All of our floors are to be cleaned with cleaners made specifically for hardwood floors. Some brands we recommend are Bona, Pallmann, Glitsa, or Woodwise. All of which can be found on Amazon. Follow each cleaning manufacturer's guidelines on how to use their products.
